This End User License Agreement (EULA) is a legal agreement between the Licensee and Noel Hoe.

You agree to the terms of this agreement by purchasing, downloading, installing, or otherwise using the fonts created by Noel. The term "fonts" refers to OpenType, TrueType, and Web Open Font Format as computer fonts.

A computer font is implemented as a digital data file containing a set of graphically related glyphs. A computer font is designed and created using a font editor. A computer font specifically designed for the computer screen, and not for printing, is a screen font. (source from Wikipedia)

This agreement governs your acquisition and use of the fonts.

Please read this End User License Agreement (EULA) carefully before completing the installation, importation, or using the fonts. It provides a license to use the font files and contains warranty information and liability disclaimers.

You are permitted to:

Download and utilize the font files in unlimited copies.
Edit, alter, modify, adapt, or change the whole or any part of the font files.
Utilize the font files for commercial purposes.

You are not permitted to:

Reproduce, copy, distribute, resell or otherwise use the font files with others.
Allow any third party to use the font files on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party.
Use the font files in any way which breaches any applicable local, national or international law.

Any suspicious purposes for utilizing the font files that Noel Hoe considers are a breach of this agreement; your rights and your license to use the products will be terminated.
